清洁切口手术围术期患者预防性抗菌用药干预的临床体会

摘　　要：目的:探讨清洁切口手术围术期患者预防性抗菌用药干预的效果。方法:选择60例清洁切口手术患者,调查抗菌药物预防性应用情况,比较干预前后药品种选择及用药疗程。结果:干预前共使用11种抗生素。干预后患者主要使用一代头孢、三代头孢及头霉素类为清洁切口预防用药。干预后预防性抗菌药物的用药疗程≤48h的患者明显提高,预防性抗菌药物>48h的患者降低(P<0.05)。结论:对清洁切口手术围术期患者预防性抗菌用药进行干预,可提高患者合理用药,减少用药疗程,促使用药规范化。Objective: To investigate the preventive effect of prophylactic antibiotics in perioperative period of patients with clean incisionoperation. Methods: Select 60 cases of patients with clean incision surgery, investigate the prophylactic use of antibiotics, and compare the choice ofdrug before and after the intervention and the course of treatment. Results: 11 antibiotics were used before the intervention. After the intervention,the main use of the first generation of the generation of the three generation of the first generation of the use of the first generation of the use of.Intervention of prophylactic antimicrobial drug treatment is equal to or less than 48 h were significantly improved, the preventive antibacterialdrug >48 patients was reduced (P<0.05). Conclusion: The intervention of prophylactic antibiotics in perioperative period of patients with cleanincision surgery can improve the rational use of drugs, reduce the course of treatment, and promote the standardization of the use of drugs.
