摘 要:航天器推进剂的输送管路在飞行过程中承受了低温、内压及振动等复合载荷的作用,因此对管路的结构疲劳及振动特性的分析研究是航天器研制阶段的重点之一。为了研究多种介质载荷综合施加的影响,文章分析了无介质载荷、内压载荷、低温-内压-附加质量综合介质载荷等3种条件下输送管路结构的振动响应特性,获得了3种介质载荷对薄壁轻质管路的影响规律,便于指导开展以后的航天器输送管路地面验证试验。During the flight, the transportation pipelines of the spacecraft, which convey the fuel from the storetank to the engine, are subject to composite environmental loads, such as the low temperature, the internal pressure andthe vibration. So the structural fatigue analysis and the dynamics identification of the pipelines are very important in thedevelopment course. This paper analyzes the responses of the transportation pipeline system in the vibration test underthree medium load conditions, i.e. the state of the non-load, the internal pressure and the combined load of lowtemperature -internal pressure -additional mass, and the impacts of the medium load applied to the thin-wall and lightweight pipelines. The conclusion may be useful for the ground validation test of spacecraft transportation pipelines.
