大型空间展开机构常压高低温环境模拟试验系统研制

摘　　要：为各类大型空间展开机构地面可靠性验证试验提供高低温环境,研制了一种常压高低温环境模拟试验系统。该系统的保温箱体结构采用内、外框架的结构形式,内、外框架之间的连接采用绝热玻璃纤维增强复合塑料杆,其目的是:在进行大温差高低温交变环境试验时,有助于结构的热边界条件稳定;合理的气流组织布局设计有助于内部高低温环境的快速建立,使温度分布更加均匀;冷热源供给系统可稳定地提供高低温环境建立所需冷量及热量;干燥氮气置换系统可实现高低温环境下的超低露点温度;基于PLC的测控系统对试验系统进行高精度测量及控制。试验表明,此大型空间展开机构常压高低温环境模拟试验系统能满足型号产品试验过程中对温度范围、变温速率、温度场均匀性及露点温度的要求。An innovative Thermal Environmental Simulation System (TESS) of reliability demonstration fortesting large-scale space deployable mechanisms is developed and investigated experimentally. While maintaining thestable thermal boundary conditions, the TESS’s insulation chamber structure can adapt to a large temperature differencebetween the high and the low temperature environments, with two independent inner and outer frameworks connectedby insulating glass fiber reinforced plastics in key nodes. A reasonable airflow distribution design ensures an excellenttemperature uniformity of high and low temperature environments. The stable heat and cold source supply system canprovide enough energy to achieve the target thermal environment. The dry nitrogen replacement system is established toobtain an ultra-low dew point temperature. The measurement and control system based on the PLC is adopted.Experimental results show that the temperature range, the temperature change rate, the temperature uniformity and thedew point of the TESS can meet the testing requirements totally and admirably.
