复荣通脉胶囊治疗糖尿病合并冠心病50例临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察复荣通脉胶囊治疗糖尿病合并冠心病的临床疗效。方法:将100例糖尿病合并冠心病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各50例。治疗组予复荣通脉胶囊联合单硝酸异山梨酯片,对照组单用单硝酸异山梨酯片,观察两组治疗后心绞痛的变化。结果:治疗组总有效率为84.0%,对照组为64.0%,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后与治疗前比较,FPG、2h PG、Hb A1c均较治疗前明显降低,组间无差异;TC、TG、LDL-c均有所改善,且治疗组TC、TG、LDL-c优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:复荣通脉胶囊联合西药治疗糖尿病合并冠心病安全有效,值得推广应用。Objective: To observe clinical efficacy of the Furong Tongmai capsule on diabetes mellitus plus coronary artery disease.Methods: 100 patients were divided into two groups, 50 cases for each. The control group was given the isosorbide mononitrate tablets; andthe treatment group was given the Furong Tongmai capsule more. After treatment, angina in two groups was observed. Results: The totalefficacy was 84.0% in the treatment group, higher than 64.0% in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, FPG, 2hPG, HbA1c in twogroups were decreased, without difference between groups; TC, TG, LDL-c in two groups were improved, and those in the treatment groupwere better (P<0.05). Conclusion: The Furong Tongmai capsule plus western medicine on diabetes mellitus plus coronary artery disease issafe and effective, and worthy of promotion.
