豁痰通痹汤联合西药治疗痰瘀互阻型胸痹的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察豁痰通痹汤联合西药治疗痰瘀互阻型胸痹的临床疗效。方法:选取本院收治的胸痹患者80例作为研究对象,采用随机对照表将患者分为对照组和观察组,对照组取西药治疗,观察组在对照组的治疗基础上加服豁痰通痹汤治疗,观察两组临床疗效以及ST段最大下降情况。结果:观察组治疗有效率为87.5%,显著高于对照组的67.5%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组ST段最大下降总和为(4.16±1.08)m V,显著高于对照组的(3.59±0.75)m V,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在西药治疗的基础上辅以豁痰通痹汤治疗胸痹,可提高临床疗效。Objective: To observe clinical efficacy of the Huotan Tongbi decoction plus western medicine on chest discomfort.Methods: 80 cases were divided into the observed group and control group. The control group was given western medicine; the observedgroup took the Huotan Tongbi decoction more. Results: The total efficiency was 87.5% in the treatment group, higher than 67.5% in thecontrol group (P<0.05). Decline in ST segment was (4.16±1.08) mV in the observed group, higher than (3.59±0.75) mV in the controlgroup (P<0.05). Conclusion: The Huotan Tongbi decoction plus western medicine was effective on chest discomfort.
