枳实薤白桂枝汤加味治疗冠心病支架后再狭窄30例的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察枳实薤白桂枝汤加味治疗冠心病支架后再狭窄心绞痛的疗效。方法:采用随机开放对照的研究方法,将冠心病支架后再狭窄心绞痛60例按入院先后顺序随机分为对照组30例,治疗组30例,两组性别、年龄、病情无明显差异(P<0.05)。两组均给予同样的基础治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用枳实薤白桂枝汤加味,1剂/d,分两次水煎服,治疗20d后,评价疗效。结果:治疗组症状缓解,总有效率为83.3%,对照组总有效率为33.3%,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01,x2=15.43)。治疗组心电图总有效率为80.0%,对照组心电图总有效率为33.1%,两组比较差异显著(P<0.01,x2=13.31)。结论:《金匮要略》中的枳实薤白桂枝汤加味能够显著缓解冠心病支架后再狭窄心绞痛症状,值得临床推广。Objective: To observe efficacy of the Zhishi Xiebai Guizhi decoction on restenosis of stents in coronary heart diseasepatients. Methods: 60 cases were divided into the control group and treatment group, 30 cases in each group. Two groups receivedconventional treatment; the treatment group took the Zhishi Xiebai Guizhi decoction more. Results: The total efficiency was 83.3% in thetreatment group, and 33.3% in the control group (P<0.01, x2=15.43). The electrocardiogram efficacy was 80.0% in the treatment group, and33.1% in the control group (P<0.01, x2=13.31). Conclusion: The Zhishi Xiebai Guizhi decoction was effective on restenosis of stents incoronary heart disease patients, and is worthy of promotion.
