低位切开虚挂线加腔内置管引流术治疗高位肛周脓肿的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨低位切开虚挂线加腔内置管引流术治疗高位肛周脓肿的疗效。方法:回顾性分析68例高位肛周脓肿患者的临床资料,分为观察组与对照组,各34例,观察组给予低位切开虚挂线加腔内置管引流术治疗,对照组采用传统切开挂线术治疗,比较两组手术时间、创面愈合时间、术后疼痛评分、一次性治愈率、术后并发症及后遗症发生率、脓肿复发例数等指标。结果:观察组创面愈合时间、术后疼痛评分、术后并发症及后遗症发生率等优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者手术时间、一次性治愈率、术后6个月脓肿复发情况与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:低位切开虚挂线加腔内置管引流术治疗高位肛周脓肿的效果确切,具有微创、恢复快、并发症少等优点。Objective: To investigate efficacy of drainage on high perianal abscess. Methods: 68 patients were divided into twogroups, 34 cases for each. The observation group was given drainage; and the control group was given traditional incision and threadtherapy. Operation time, wound healing time, postoperative pain score, one-time cure rate, postoperative complications, the incidence ofcomplications and the number of recurrent abscess in the two groups were compared. Results: Wound healing time, postoperative painscore, postoperative complications, the incidence of complications in the observation group were better (P<0.05); Operation time, one-timecure rate and abscess recurrence in two groups showed no significant differences (P>0.05). Conclusion: Drainage on high perianal abscessshows an exact effect.
