中药消炎止血胶囊对预防中期妊娠产后出血的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨采取中药消炎止血胶囊治疗中期妊娠产后出血的价值。方法:对照组用缩宫素治疗,研究组用中药消炎止血胶囊治疗,对比效果。结果:研究组产后出血量、出血率、副反应发生率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中期妊娠采取中药消炎止血胶囊可预防产后出血,值得借鉴。Objective: To investigate the value of preventing from postpartum hemorrhage in middle gestation with the XiaoyanZhixue capsule. Methods: The control group was given oxytocin; the study group was treated with the Xiaoyan Zhixue capsule. Results:The incidence of postpartum hemorrhage, bleeding rate and side effects in the study group were significantly lower than those in the controlgroup (P<0.05). Conclusion: The Xiaoyan Zhixue capsule can prevent from postpartum hemorrhage, and is worthy of reference.
