盐酸西替利嗪分散片联合复方甘草酸苷胶囊递减疗法治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:评价盐酸西替利嗪分散片联合复方甘草酸苷胶囊递减疗法治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效。方法:将入选的100例受试者随机分为两组,实验组56例采用盐酸西替利嗪分散片联合复方甘草酸苷胶囊递减疗法;对照组44例,采用盐酸西替利嗪分散片常规治疗。疗程均为6周。结果:实验组和对照组的总有效率及停药4周后复发率分别为79.3%、39.5%和9.4%、20.9%。两组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组药物的不良反应主要为口干和嗜睡。结论:相对于西替利嗪常规疗法,盐酸西替利嗪分散片联合复方甘草酸苷胶囊递减疗法治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效佳、安全性高,不良反应与单用盐酸西替利嗪分散片相似。Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of Compound glycyrrhizin concomitant and Cetirizine in treating chronic urticaria.Methods: 100 patients were randomLy divided into two groups: the experimental group (56 cases) and the control group (44 cases). Theformer were given Compound glycyrrhizin concomitant and Cetirizine with gradual dose reduction for 6 weeks while the latter were givenCetirizine alone for 6 weeks. Results: The total effective rates of the experimental group and the control group were 79.25% and 39.53%respectively (P<0.05). 4 weeks after treatment, the recurrence rates of the experimental group and the control group were 9.43% and20.9% respectively (P<0.05). The adverse reactions of two groups mainly manifested in dry mouth and drowsiness. Conclusion:Compared with Cetirizine alone, combination of Compound glycyrrhizin concomitant and Cetirizine with gradual dose reduction showedhigher efficacy and better safety. The adverse effects were similar between two groups.
