腹腔镜联合活血化瘀汤治疗轻型子宫内膜异位症不孕及对机体氧化应激状态的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析在轻型子宫内膜异位症不孕患者临床治疗中,腹腔镜联合活血化瘀汤的应用疗效及对患者机体氧化应激状态的影响。方法:选取我院收治的54例轻型子宫内膜异位症不孕患者为研究对象,对照组患者接受腹腔镜手术治疗,观察组患者在此基础上联合接受活血化瘀汤治疗,对比两组患者的临床疗效与相关氧化指标。结果:观察组患者的临床治疗效果明显好于对照组,且相关氧化指标改善较为明显,两组患者的数据经对比后差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜联合活血化瘀汤可有效治疗轻型子宫内膜异位症不孕症,值得应用。Objective: To analyze the therapeutic effect of laparoscopic surgery combined with Huoxue Huayu Decoction and itseffect on the oxidative stress in patients with mild endometriosis associated infertility. Methods: 54 patients with mild endometriosisassociated infertility, treated in our hospital were selected as research objects, patients in the control group received laparoscopic surgerywhile patients in the observed group received Huoxue Huayu Decoction on the basis of the treatment of the control group, the clinicalefficacy and related oxidation indexes of two groups were compared. Results: The clinical effect of the observation group was significantlybetter than that of the control group, and the improvement of related oxidation index was more obvious, the difference between the twogroups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Laparoscopic surgery combined with Huoxue Huayu Decoction was effective inthe treatment of patients with mild endometriosis, and it was worthy of application.
