盐酸丙卡特罗口服液辅助治疗婴幼儿喘息性支气管炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:研究盐酸丙卡特罗口服液辅助治疗婴幼儿喘息性支气管炎的临床效果。方法:我院2015年2月—2015年4月收治的83例婴幼儿喘息性支气管炎患儿。采用随机数字表法将83例患儿分为常规用药组和丙卡特罗组两个组别。常规用药组行常规治疗;丙卡特罗组在常规用药组基础上给予盐酸丙卡特罗口服液辅助治疗。观察指标:1总有效率;2患儿咳嗽、气喘消失时间、住院日的差异。结果:1丙卡特罗组相比于常规用药组总有效率更高,x2检验差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;2丙卡特罗组相比于常规用药组咳嗽、气喘消失时间、住院日更短,t检验差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:盐酸丙卡特罗口服液辅助治疗婴幼儿喘息性支气管炎的临床效果确切,可有效促进患儿临床症状消退,值得推广。Objective: To study the clinical effect of procaterol hydrochloride oral solution in the treatment of infants with asthmaticbronchitis. Methods: 82 infants with asthmatic bronchitis, admitted to and treated in our hospital from February 2015 to April 2015, wererandomLy divided into the conventional treatment group and the procaterol hydrochloride group, the conventional treatment group receivedroutine treatment while the procaterol hydrochloride group received adjunctive therapy of procaterol hydrochloride oral solution on thebasis of the treatment of the conventional group. The observation indexes included ①total effective rate; ②difference of cough, wheezingdisappearance time and hospitalization days of infants. Results: ①The total effective rate of the procaterol hydrochloride group was higherthan that of the conventional group, the difference was statistically significant by x2 test, P<0.05. ②The cough, wheezing disappearancetime and hospitalization days of the procaterol hydrochloride group was shorter than that of the conventional group, the difference wasstatistically significant by t test, P<0.05. Conclusion: The adjunctive therapy of procaterol hydrochloride oral solution had significantclinical effect in treating infants with asthmatic bronchitis, it could promote the subsiding of the clinical symptoms in children and wasworthy of promotion.
