早期介入中医传统康复疗法配合现代康复训练治疗卒中患者足下垂的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨早期介入中医传统康复疗法配合现代康复训练治疗卒中患者足下垂的疗效。方法:选择2014年初—2015年12月我院收治的卒中患者足下垂106例作为研究对象,根据治疗方式的不同随机将患者分为对照组(53例)和观察组(53例),两组均给予患者常规对症治疗和支持治疗,对照组在常规基础上给予患者现代康复训练治疗,观察组在常规基础上给予患者早期介入中医传统康复疗法配合现代康复训练治疗,对比两组患者临床治疗疗效。结果:观察组踝关节背屈活动度改善情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后Ashworth评分下降程度显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:卒中患者足下垂采用早期介入中医传统康复疗法配合现代康复训练治疗,临床疗效显著,可作为临床上康复训练方法之一。Objective: To explore the therapeutic effect observation of early intervention of TCM rehabilitation therapy combinedwith modern rehabilitation training in treating stroke patients with foot drop. Methods: 106 stroke patients with foot drop, admitted to andtreated in our hospital from December 2014 to December 2015, were selected as research objects and randomly divided into the controlgroup (53 cases) and the observation group (53 cases), both groups were given conventional symptomatic treatment and supportivetreatment, the control group received modern rehabilitation training on the basis of conventional symptomatic treatment while theobservation group received early intervention of TCM rehabilitation therapy combined with modern rehabilitation training on the basis ofconventional symptomatic treatment, the therapeutic effects of two groups were compared. Results: The improvement of ankle joint dorsalflexion activity of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05); After treatment, the decreasing ofAshworth score of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The earlyintervention of TCM rehabilitation therapy combined with modern rehabilitation training had significant clinical therapeutic effect intreating stroke patients with foot drop and it could be used as one of the clinical rehabilitation trainings.
