火龙疗法联合针刺治疗颈椎病临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察火龙疗法联合针刺治疗寒湿型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:将2013年6月—2014年8月在我院门诊及住院部收治的寒湿型颈椎病患者80例,随机分为两组,对照组给予针刺,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上给予火龙疗法。两组均以7次为1个疗程,共治疗2个疗程。结果:2个疗程后治疗组总有效率为95%(38例),对照组总有效率为80%(32例),两组对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:火龙疗法联合针刺治疗寒湿型颈椎病疗效确切。Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of the fire dragon therapy combined with acupuncture in treating colddampness type cervical spondylosis. Method: 80 patients in the outpatient and inpatient departments of our hospital, treated from June 2013to August 2014, were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given acupuncture treatment while the treatment groupreceived the fire dragon therapy combined with acupuncture, 7 treatments formed a course and the treatment lasted 2 courses. Result: After2 courses of treatment, the effective rate of the treatment group was 95% and that of the control group was 80%, the difference wasstatistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: The fire dragon therapy combined with acupuncture had significant effect in treating colddampness type cervical spondylosis.
