摘　　要：目的:探讨对髋关节围手术期患者应用科学的疼痛管理方法的研究。方法:对120例髋关节置换围手术期的患者随机分组,研究组采用科学的疼痛管理方法,对照组采用常规的疼痛治疗方法,干预后进行评定比较。结果:研究组与对照组比较,差异有显著性意义。结论:科学化的疼痛管理使患者对疼痛的满意度为100.0%。Objective: To explore the management of pain in patients with hip joint replacement during perioperative period.Method: 120 patients with hip joint replacement during perioperative period were randomly divided into two groups, the research groupreceived scientific management of pain while the control group received conventional management of pain, and the results were evaluatedafter the intervention. Result: The difference between the research group and the control group was statistically significant. Conclusion:Scientific management of pain achieved 100% degree of satisfaction in patients with hip joint replacement during perioperative period.
