摘　　要：目的:观察三针缝合庭大腺囊(脓)肿造口术的临床效果。方法:选择本院2014年4月—2016年3月在我院诊治的前庭大腺囊(脓)肿病例165例,随机分为对照组(80例)与实验组(85例)。对照组采用传统造口术,实验组采用三针缝合造口术,比较两组的手术时间、切口大小、出血量、愈合时间、术后复发率。结果:实验组手术时间、手术切口、愈合时间较对照组明显缩短(P<0.05);实验组出血量、术后复发率较对照组明显减少(P<0.05)。Objective: To observe the clinical effects of three stitches colostomy in treating swollen (abscess) bartholin cyst. Methods:165 patients with swollen (abscess) bartholin cyst, treated in our hospital from April 2014 to March 2016, were randomly divided into thecontrol group (80 cases) and the experimental group (85 cases). The control group received traditional stoma while the experimental groupreceived three stitches colostomy, the operation time, incision size, bleeding volume, healing time and postoperative recurrence rate of twogroups were compared. Result: The operation time, incision size and healing time of the experimental group were significantly shorter thanthat of the control group (P<0.05); bleeding volume and postoperative recurrence rate of the experimental group were significantly lessthan that of the control group (P<0.05).
