摘 要:目的:探讨乳腺癌钼靶X线摄影征象及与良性病变的有效鉴别诊断。方法:选取2013年1月—2015年12月我院收治乳腺癌患者40例及乳腺良性病变患者30例为研究对象行比较研究,患者均给予钼靶X线检查,比较两组患者的病变大小、边缘形态及密度等,并分析肿块及钙化特征。结果:乳腺癌患者钼靶X线摄影征象以肿块为主,足有35例,占比为87.5%(35/40),其次为钙化,有12例,占比30.0%(12/40);肿块径线组间无明显差异(P>0.05),乳腺癌边缘毛刺、分叶及形态不规则比例显著高于对照组,差异明显(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:在影像上,乳腺癌钼靶X线摄影征象包括肿块与钙化,与乳腺良性病变间具有显著的差异,可提高诊断的准确性。Objective: To study the diagnosis of breast cancer with the molybdenum X-ray photography and the differentialdiagnosis of benign breast lesions. Methods: 40 cases of breast cancer and 30 cases of breast benign lesions were compared and examinedby the molybdenum X-ray photography. The lesion size, edge shape and density in groups were compared; then the mass and calcificationfeature were analyzed. Results: In the breast cancer group, 35 cases showed masses (87.5%); 12 cases showed calcification (30.0%); tumordiameters between two groups was no significant difference (P>0.05). The scale of spiculated margin, lobulated, irregular mass in thebreast cancer group was significantly higher than the control group, with a significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion: The breast cancerby molybdenum X-ray photography signs the mass and calcification, is significant different with the benign breast lesions, and can improvethe accuracy of diagnosis.
