摘　　要：临床实践教学基地建设是提高教学质量的重要环节,建立高标准护理临床教学基地是培养护理专业综合型人才的基本条件。该文从中医护理临床教学基地基础建设,内涵建设,师资队伍建设等方面进行描述,为护理实践基地在提高专业技能,综合素养及为中医药院校建设高水平的实践基地等方面提供参考依据。The construction of practice teaching base is an important link to improve teaching quality. The construction of highstandards nursing teaching base is the basic condition of nursing professional comprehensive talent cultivation. The basic construction,connotation construction, and faculty construction of TCM nursing teaching base were discussed, and can provide the references for theconstruction of high standard of TCM nursing training base to improving professional skills and comprehensive qualities.
