通脉止血方治疗小儿免疫性血小板减少性紫癜30例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察通脉止血方治疗小儿免疫性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)的临床疗效。方法 60例急性ITP患儿,随机分为对照组和治疗组,各30例。对照组给予泼尼松治疗,治疗组给予泼尼松联合通脉止血方治疗。对比两组疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为93.33%,高于对照的66.67%(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗1、4、12周后血小板(PLT)水平高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组未发现明显不良反应。对照组出现头痛4例,倦怠乏力6例。治疗组不良反应发生率为0,低于对照组的33.33%(P<0.05)。结论通脉止血方治疗小儿ITP效果确切,可有效减少PLT破坏,不良反应少,安全可靠,值得临床推广。Objective To observe clinical effect by Tongmai Zhixue recipe in the treatment of pediatric immune thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP). Methods A total of 60 children with acute ITP were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received prednisone for treatment, and the treatment group received prednisone combined with Tongmai Zhixue recipe. Curative effects were compared between the two groups. Results The treatment group had higher total effective rate as 93.33% than 66.67% of the control group (P<0.05). The treatment group had higher platelet (PLT) levels after 1, 4, 12 weeks of treatment than those in the control group. Their difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). There was no case with obvious adverse reactions in the treatment group, while there were 4 headache cases and 6 accidie cases in the control group. Incidence of adverse reactions was lower as 0 in the treatment group than 33.33% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Tongmai Zhixue recipe provides precisely curative effect in treating pediatric ITP. This method can effectively reduce PLT destruction and adverse reactions. It is safe, creditable, and worth clinical promotion.
