急性心力衰竭45例应用左西孟旦进行治疗的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察左西孟旦治疗急性心力衰竭的临床效果。方法 90例急性心力衰竭患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各45例。观察组给予左西孟旦治疗,对照组给予多巴酚丁胺治疗。对比两组临床效果。结果治疗后,观察组全身评分(1.13±0.72)分、24 h尿量(2384.16±609.76)ml、脑钠肽水平(1078.07±175.34)pg/ml、左室射血分数(38.62±3.18)%、每搏输出量(73.04±4.51)ml均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论左西孟旦治疗急性心力衰竭疗效显著,值得推广应用。Objective To observe clinical effect by levosimendan in the treatment of acute heart failure. Methods A total of 90 patients with acute heart failure were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 45 cases in each group. The observation group received levosimendan for treatment, and the control group received dobutamine for treatment. Clinical effects were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment, the observation group had all better general score as (1.13±0.72) points, 24 h urine volume as (2384.16±609.76) ml, brain natriuretic peptide level as (1078.07±175.34) pg/ml, left ventricular ejection fraction as (38.62±3.18)% and stroke volume as (73.04±4.51) ml than those in the control group. Their difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Levosimendan provides precisely curative effect in treating acute heart failure, and it is worth clinical promotion and application.
