摘　　要：介绍使用鱼骨图对某客车制动跑偏问题的根源进行排除,得到影响该车型制动跑偏的主要因素,并通过现有两个车型进行对比验证,最后提出可行的工程改进方案,取得较好效果。The authors introduce the use of fishbone diagram to remove the source of a bus braking deviation trouble,get the main effecting reasons of the bus /coach braking deviation,and compare and validate two present vehicles to put forward the feasible engineering improvement project. The result is good.
