摘　　要：上海嘉闵高架工程上部结构和下部结构(盖梁、立柱)全面采用预制装配工艺,为城市高架全预制化的推广运用作出有益尝试。下部结构的预制装配实际工程应用案例并不多,因此嘉闵高架预制立柱的施工工艺,特别是现场安装工艺是重要的关键技术环节。针对嘉闵高架工程预制立柱的现场安装工艺进行总结,可供类似工程借鉴参考。Shanghai Jiamin Viaduct project is adopting prefabricated assembly technique totally on its superstructure and substructure(bent cap and column),which has made beneficial attempt for the promotion & application of urban viaduct total prefabrication.Due to less practical application cases of substructure prefabricated projects at present,the construction technique of Jiamin Viaduct prefabricated column especially the in-situ installation technique is the important key technique.The in-situ installation technique of Jiamin Viaduct prefabricated column is summarized,which can provide references for similar projects.
