摘 要:通过在放顶煤液压支架尾梁上安装振动传感器对煤矸冲击产生的信号进行识别。基于液压支架尾梁冲击振动信号的数学建模,给出了振动传感器型号,采用比对试验方法确定对其最佳安装位置。根据现场试验验证了该方法对煤矸差异的可辨识性和可控性。煤矸识别智能放煤方法结合了综放工作面液压支架电液控制系统在经济效益和安全作业两方面的突出优点。The signal that induced by coal gangue impact was detected by vibrating sensors that installed on tail beam of top coal caving hydraulic supports. On the basis of math model of impact vibration signal of tail beam of hydraulic supports. Then sensors model was promoted out, the optimal installation position was confirmed by comparable experiments. The identifiability and controlability of gangue difference was verified by in practical. Intelligent coal caving with gangue identification include two side merits, its about economic benefits and working safety of electrohydraulic control system of hydraulic supports of fully mechanized coal caving working face.
