摘 要:研究了单相光伏逆变器的系统设计,采用三电平半桥技术解决了单相光伏逆变器的共模电压问题;系统分析了单相三电平光伏逆变器的模型与控制方法;提出了一种基于馈网电流的三电平电容中点电压控制方式,成功解决了中点电压不平衡问题。通过仿真和样机实验分别对5 kW单相光伏逆变器的系统设计进行了验证。Studied on the system design of 5 kW single-phase solar inverter. The inverter adopted single-phase split-capacitor three-level neutral-point-clamped(NPC)half bridge structure to solve the common mode voltage problem of solar inverter. The model and control method of the single phase NPC solar inverter were analyzed. A new capacitance midpoint potential voltage of NPC control method based feedback to the grid current control was proposed. It solved the problem of the unbalance of capacitance midpoint potential voltage. Finally the system design of 5 kW single-phase solar inverter was verified by simulation and experiment.
