摘  要:采用金相显微镜、布氏硬度计和万能拉伸试验机对不同加入量Sb变质的ZL101合金显微组织和力学性能进行了研究。结果表明:随着Sb加入量的增加,粗大针片状的共晶硅逐渐变成小尺寸针状,(α+Si)共晶数量增多,并且Sb加入0.1%,和0.2%,时,铸态共晶硅相相互之间的排布出现"集束"形貌。T6热处理后,针状共晶硅棱角钝化,且随着Sb的增加,共晶硅逐渐粒化。加入0.1%,和0.2%Sb时铸态组织中出现的"集束"形貌消失。随着Sb加入量的增加,ZL101合金硬度值增加;抗拉强度和屈服强度均显著增加,当加入0.2%,Sb时抗拉强度最大可达259.4 MPa,伸长率下降至4%,左右。The microstructure and mechanical property of ZL101 alloy with different amount of Sb modifier additions werestudied using optical microscope,Brinell hardness tester and universal tensile testing machine.The results showed that thecoarse acicular eutectic Si phases changed into those of small size with the increasing of Sb addition,and the amount of(α+Si)eutectic structure increased.Besides,bunched morphology appeared for the eutectic Si as Sb added 0.1%, and0.2%,.After T6 heat treatment,the angular Si phase became blunt,and the Si phases became graininess with Sb contentincreasing.Moreover,the bunched morphology of Si phases in ZL101 alloy adding 0.1%, and 0.2%, Sb also disappeared.With the increase of Sb additions,the hardness of ZL101 alloy raised,the tensile strength and yield strength had asignificant increase,the maximum value of the tensile strength can reach 259.4,MPa when added 0.2%, Sb,and the elongationrate decreased to 4%, or so.
