摘　　要：框架-剪力墙结构是框架结构和剪力墙结构两种体系的结合,吸取了各自的长处,既能为建筑平面布置提供较大的使用空间,又具有良好的抗侧力性能。框架剪力墙结构是当前应用比较广泛的一种结构,但其施工比较复杂,对施工技术要求较高,因此,其施工技术要点是建筑界管制的重点。以天津市滨海新区文化中心工程项目为例,对建筑框架剪力墙结构工程中几项重要的施工技术做深入探讨。Frame-shear wall structure,the combination of frame structure and shear wall structure,succeeds the advantagesof both two structures so that it not only can provide building layout with large space,but also has good resistance tolateral force.Currently,frame shear wall structure is used widely,while its construction is more complex and strict constructiontechnology is required.Therefore,the key point of its construction techniques is important in construction control.For the reference of similar projects,several important construction techniques of the Museum of Modern Art in TianjinBinhai New Area were discussed in this article.
