摘　　要：现代档案管理工作趋向全数字化管理,数字技术为档案发挥历史记录功能创造了绝佳条件。但时至今日,各种档案管理系统的实现效果欠佳。文章借助"关联数据"分析找出档案元数据核心集的内部要素,建立起要素之间的"关联关系",并利用这些关系建立起一个可以呈现真实历史面貌的档案管理系统。Modern archives management work trend all digital management. Under thisbackground, digital technology has created an excellent condition for the ultimate function ofrecording history. But today, a variety of file management system is not to achieve this purpose. Inthis paper, we use the "associated data" analysis to find out the internal elements of the archivalmetadata core set , and establish the relationship between the elements. Use these relations toestablish a real history of the appearance of the file management system.
