摘  要:采用制备色谱法对3,5-二氯苯甲醇原料进行提纯,通过质谱(MS)、核磁共振谱图(NMR)等对其结构进行鉴定。差示扫描量热法(DSC)、液相色谱法(LC)测定该原料纯度达到99.0%。采用重量-容量法制备3,5-二氯苯甲醇溶液标准物质,经F检验法及数学模型验证其均匀性和稳定性。分别采用紫外法和示差法对标准物质特性量值进行验证。该研究成果表明,标准物质的特性量值为99.0μg/m L,不确定度评定结果为U=1.0μg/m L(k=2)。Preparative chromatography was applied to purify the rawmaterial of 3, 5 - dichlorbenzyl alcohol, whose structure was confirmedby mass spectrometry (MS)and nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR).The purity of the raw material reached 99.0%, which was determinedby differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) and liquid chromatography(LC). The certified reference material for 3, 5 - dichlorbenzyl alcohol wasprepared by weight-capacity method. The homogeneity and stability wereverified by F test and mathematical model. Ultraviolet and differentialspectrophotometry were respectively adopted to verify the property value.The research results indicated that the property value of the certifiedreference material for 3, 5 - dichlorbenzyl alcohol was 99.0 μg/mL withan uncertainty of 1.0 μg/mL (k = 2).
