摘　　要：提出了针对不同种类气体含量分析的热导式气体分析器校准方法。使用该校准方法对不同型号的分析器进行了校准实验,并对校准结果进行了不确定度评定。研究结果表明,该校准方法适用于不同种类气体热导式气体分析器的校准,能够实现对热导式气体分析器示值误差、重复性、响应时间等主要测量性能的综合评价。The calibration methods of thermal conductivity gas analyzerswhich are used for analyzing different kinds of gas content are proposedin the paper. The calibration experiments for different models of thermalconductivity gas analyzers are conducted. The calibration uncertaintyis evaluated. Research results indicate that the calibration methods aresuitable for various thermal conductivity gas analyzers of different kindsof gas, and can realize comprehensive assessment of main measurementcharacteristics such as indication error, repeatability and reponse time.
