摘　　要：通过西江引水工程初步设计概算审核工作,说明设计概算审核是控制工程造价的重要手段,概算审核与方案优化相结合,才能达到提高投资效益的目的。Through the Xijiang water diversion project preliminary design budgetary estimate auditing, it shows that design budgetary estimate auditing plays an important part in controlling engineering cost. A combination of budgetary estimate auditing and scheme optimization can enhance the investment benefit.
