摘 要:根据调距桨的结构特点以及从高精度调距桨静平衡试验指标出发,详细叙述了高精度调距桨静平衡试验步骤及配平方法;通过对某船高精度5叶桨调距桨装置整桨静平衡试验的平衡指标分析、静平衡试验工艺装备的制造和安装要求、不平衡力矩的检测方法、配平计算方法以及配重块设计方法的介绍,详细阐述一种高精度调距桨整桨静平衡试验方法。该方法准确、可靠,保证了高精度调距桨的制造精度,并有效提高了高精度调距桨的配平效率,适用于中小型高精度调距桨装置的静平衡试验,为国内制造大型高精度调距桨装置积累了经验。This paper elaborates in detail the procedures and balancing method of the static balancing test of thecontrollable pitch propeller (CPP) based on the structure characteristics of CPP and the static balancing test index of thehighly accurate CPP. Through the introduction of the balancing index analysis, the manufacturing and installationrequirements of the static balancing test equipment, the inspection method of unbalanced moment, the balancingcalculation method and the hanging weight design method of a five-paddle CPP onboard a ship, the paper proposes astatic balancing test method for the highly accurate CPP. The accurate and reliable method guarantees the manufacturingaccuracy of CPP, and thus effectively improves the balancing efficiency. It is suitable for the static balancing test ofmiddle and small size high accuracy CPP devices, and accumulates experience for the domestic manufacture of large CPPwith high accuracy.
