摘  要:乙烯的产量是衡量一个国家工业发展水平的一个重要标准,但乙烯的生产分布非常不均匀,乙烯供需地点也不尽相同,只依靠传统管道运送乙烯不能满足各地的需求,因此船舶运输成为运送乙烯的重要途径。由于运输船空间的限制以及运送成本的问题,采用乙烯液化气船时,为避免运输过程中产生乙烯蒸发气的浪费及排放造成的环境污染,要配备乙烯蒸发气再液化系统;压缩机成为再液化系统的重要组成部分,其配置选型尤为重要。根据各种压缩机的特点和对压缩机的压缩级数、各级压力、各级排气温度、气缸直径、活塞直径及气缸行程容积进行严格、精确热力计算所得到的结果以及乙烯液化气船的实际情况,对乙烯液化气船再液化系统压缩机进行精确的配置选型,以达到简单、高效、节能的目的。Ethylene production is an important criterion to measure the industrial level of a country but ethyleneproduction locations are normally scattered unevenly and the supply and demand are not in the same place. Astransportation of ethylene by traditional pipelines cannot meet the demands in every place, waterway has become one ofthe major ways for ethylene transportation and liquefied ethylene gas carrier is used because there are space limitationsand cost requirements for the vessels to carry ethylene. Liquefied ethylene gas carrier should be equipped withre-liquefaction system to avoid the waste and the environmental pollution caused by evaporated ethylene gas. Compressoris a vital part of the system and its selection is very important. To attain the aim of a simple, efficient and energy-savingdevice, the compressor for the re-liquefaction system of ethylene gas carrier should be selected on the basis of thecharacteristics of the compressors and the results of accurate thermodynamic calculation for compressed stages,compressed pressures, exhaust temperatures, cylinder diameter, piston diameters, cylinder stroke volume as well as theactual situations onboard ethylene gas carrier.
