摘 要:矿产资源对国民经济意义重大,但是尾矿问题一直难以解决。针对尾矿利用,本试验以赞比亚铜尾矿为主要原料,采用新型烧结法,在预热温度900℃,预热时间15 min,焙烧时间8 min的条件下,烧制出吸水率为3.8%,堆积密度为647 kg/m^3,粒型系数为0.98,筒压强度为8.9 MPa的800级的高强陶粒,其各项指标均符合国标要求的新型建筑材料陶粒。同时,对其进行X射线荧光光谱,扫描电镜,X射线衍射等多种手段分析。本文很好地解决了目前国内普遍存在的尾矿难以利用等问题,拓宽了其应用领域,这为高效低成本地制备矿物材料提供了新的思路。Although mineral processing holds great power for improving economy, it often misses the mark because of the generation of industrial wastes like tailing. To recycle the copper tailing, high-strength ceramsite with the density grade of 800, the water absorption of 3.8%, the bulk density of 647 kg/m3, the grain shape factor of 0.98, and the compressive strength of 8.9 MPa was prepared using Zambian copper tailings as the main raw material, after preheating at 900°C for 15 min and sintering at 1250°C for 8 min. The mechanical strength and moisture adsorption of the as-prepared novel ceramsite from Zambia copper tailing were tested. Scanning electron microscope, tensile tests and X-ray diffraction were used to characterize the experimental samples. All the performance indexes of the products generated in the optimum technical process can reach the international standard. This kind of ceramsite may have potential applications in structural material.
