摘 要:文中采用萃取法处理丁辛醇废水,用硫酸调节废水的p H值,考察各种因素对萃取效率的影响,得出了酸化自萃取处理辛醇废碱液的最佳工艺条件。萃取处理后的酸性废水的COD浓度为26 553 mg/L,COD去除率为74%左右。该法可实现对废水进行处理和降低处理成本的目的。The acidification-extraction process was used to treat the waste water in butanol and octanol production process,sulfuric acid was used as pH regulator, and precipitated oil phase was used as extraction agent. The factors affecting the extraction efficiency were investigated. the remaining COD concentration was 26 553 mg/L, the removal rate of COD was about 74%. This method can be used to treat the waste water and realize the purpose of treatment cost reduction.
