摘  要:某石化公司造气装置气化炉烧嘴采用三通道烧嘴,原烧嘴随工艺包配套。从2012年9月装置开工到2013年3月,合成气装置频繁进行停、开工,因烧嘴损坏共停工12次,最短的周期仅3 d,最长的周期为31 d。通过对烧嘴烧损原因分析,进行了烧嘴结构的优化设计,延长了烧嘴使用寿命。The gasifer burners of the gasifer unit of a petrochemical company are three-channel burners, and the original burners were equipped with the process. From the plant startup in September of 2012 to March of 2013, syngas unit shutdown and startup was made frequently, 12 times of shutdown were made because of burner damage, the shortest period was only 3 days, and the longest period was 31 days. By analysis of the cause for burner burning loss, the optimizing modification was made, and the service life was extended.
