摘　　要：文中分析了水气厂空分装置中的空压机入口导叶开关出现卡涩和轴承偏离轨道故障的原因,是球轴承损坏所致。采取了对导叶传动机构进行技术改造的措施,避免故障的再次发生。This paper analyzed the cause for biting occurred on the inlet guide vane switch and the bearing off-orbit fault of air compressor in the air separation unit of the Water & Gas Plant, which were caused by ball bearing failure. Technical modification measures were adopted for the guide vane transmission mechanism, which prevented the fault from happening again.
