摘　　要：利用应用过程模拟软件PRO/Ⅱ和Dynsim对脱乙烷塔进行了工艺流程仿真模拟分析。由于装置的局部改造及外界干扰因素的影响,在建立动态过程模型之前,应先建好PRO/Ⅱ静态模型,以便获得合理的物料平衡、能量平衡以及相关的重要工艺参数等数据,这些数据对使用Dynsim建立动态过程模型尤为重要。Process simulation software PRO/II and Dynsim is used to make process simulation analysis to deethanizing column.Because the partial modification of the unit and the influence of interference factors, firstly the PRO/II static model has to be built before building the dynamic process model, in order to obtain data such as rational material balance, energy balance and relevant important process parameters. These data are especially import for application of Dynsim in building dynamic process model.
