摘　　要：目前纯电动客车大多数采用的纯电机直驱结构方式,安装控制相对简单,但是由于电机本身特性的原因,在运行过程中,电机的实际效率往往都比较低,这一定程度上影响到了整车的能耗和续驶里程,而通过加装AMT自动机械变速箱则可以通过调节换挡点,使电机工作在较高的效率区间内,通过实验验证,取得良好的效果和经济效益,为批量化市场应用推广提供了强有力的技术数据支持。Most of the EVbus with direct drive configuration,because the installation and control is relatively simple, but it’s characteristics decided actual efficiency of the motor is often relatively low, which affecte the energy consumption and vehicle driving range. IF the bus with the AMT ,you can adjust the shift points, to make the motor in the high efficiency range,it verified by experiments, and achieved good results and economic benefits, which can provide strong support for the mass market applications.
