摘  要:通过对二级消音器建模,并对照设计目标,将具体要求依次分解到各阶段的设计过程中。对不同布置结构的消音器进行对比试验和分析,研究结果表明:由二级消音单元组成的排气消音系统,消音单元的排列位置不同,获得的系统整体消音效果也不同;合理布置消音单元可以获得较大的插入损失和较小的排气压力,使消音器整体设计更为合理。Based on the secondary muffler model, and reference to the design goal, we put the specific requirements to each phase of the design process. By comparing the different arrangement of the structure of the silencer, the results show that: the system of deadened the noise of exhaust by the secondary units muffler, in different arrangement position of the mute unit, the sound effects of the overall system are also different; reasonable arrangement can obtain larger insertion loss and low exhaust pressure, this overall design is more reasonable.
