摘  要:随着1.6L及以下节能环保汽车新政策、乘用车第IV阶段燃料消耗量评价指标草案的陆续发布实施,国家的节能环保政策与法规日趋收紧,对油耗越来越严格。另外,油耗是消费者用车过程中重点关注要素之一,也是汽车竞争的关键点。各大汽车公司竞相开发各种节油技术以提升产品竞争力。高效智能发电机技术由于变动小、节油效果较好(NEDC循环可节油1%~2%[1]),容易移植等特点具有较高的应用推广价值,然而,因智能发电机回收能量最大化的需要,蓄电池电量需要维持在较低电量,发电机最低发电电压较低,而最大发电电压较高。若这些参数设计不当,对车辆的电气系统、冷起动及电平衡都产生较大影响。本文系统地阐述了高效智能发电机的节油原理及其控制策略,将其应用于轿车上并通过试验对关键参数验证确认,确保高效智能发电机控制策略在满足整车使用性能前提下节油。With the promulgation and enforcement of new policy for clean cars and the draft of the stage IV fuel consumption evaluation index for Passenger cars,the policies and regulations of the country's energy conservation and environmental protection is getting tighter day by day ,and more strict to the cars' fuel consumption. In addition, the fuel consumption is one of the focusing elements during the course of using car, and is also the key point of car competition.Major car companies compete to develop various oil-saving technologies to enhance the product competitiveness. due to smaller changes and better oil-saving effect (fuel can be saved by 1%~2% in the NEDC cycle[1]) and more easily to be transplanted and so on,the efficient intelligent generator technology has higher application promotion value.however, due to the need of intelligent generators recycling maximum energy, the power of storage battery and the minimum power voltage of generator need to maintain lower and the maximum power voltage of generator need to be set higher. If these parameters are not properly designed,the vehicle's electrical system,cold starting performance and electric balance performance will be greatly influenced. This paper systematically describes the efficient fuel-efficient principle of the efficient intelligent generator and its control strategy and its application on a car and the processes of the validation and confirmation of the key parameters toEnsure more fuel efficient On the precondition ofmeeting vehicle' s performance.
