摘 要:通过自由基聚合制备了一种新型的AMPS/DMAA/AHPS/AA四元共聚物油井水泥浆降失水剂,通过红外光谱进行了分析测试,测试了加有抗高温抗盐降失水剂水泥浆的各项性能。结果表明加有该抗高温抗盐降失水剂的油井水泥浆满足API失水量小于50m L的标准,该降失水剂可以满足160℃高温条件,略有延长水泥浆稠化时间和降低水泥石抗压强度的作用,抗盐能力达到36%。In this paper,a new fluid loss additive for oil well cement slurry was synthesized using AMPS,DMAA,AHPS and AA,andcharacterized using infrared spectrum. The synthetical performances of the cement slurry with the fluid loss additive were evaluated.The results showed that the API fluid loss of the cement slurry with the fluid loss additive was controlled within 50mL,while its temperaturetolerance was up to 160℃. The thickening time of cement slurry was slightly extended,yet its compressing strength was littledecreased and its water precipitation resistance also improved. Its salt-resistance performance was enough to reach 36%concentrationof salt.
