摘 要:为解决某针刺雷管瞎火问题,分析了四氮烯晶形及细结晶含量对针刺药的影响。试验结果表明:当四氮烯晶形偏离"楔形"及细结晶含量偏高时,生产出的针刺药感度低,针刺雷管易瞎火。通过建立四氮烯晶形、细结晶含量与针刺雷管发火可靠性的关系,找出了解决针刺雷管瞎火的方法,指出应采用保证四氮烯制药材料、加料速度、反应温度、洗涤干净等措施控制四氮烯晶形和细结晶含量,以保证针刺药感度,进而确保针刺雷管的发火可靠性。To solve the misfire problem of stab detonator, the effect of tetrazene crystal form and fine crystalline content onthe stab composition were analyzed. The test results show when tetrazene crystal form deviate “wedge” or the content of finecrystalline is high, the stab composition has low sensitivity, and the stab detonator is easy to misfire. By estabishing therealationship of tetrazene crystal form, fine crystalline content and the ignition reliability of stab detonator, the way to solve themisfire of stab detonator was found, the measures controlling tetrazene pharmaceutical materials, feed rate, reaction temperatureand clean by wash, were put forward, which can ensure the sensitivity of the stab composition and the reliability of the stabdetonator.
