摘　　要：文章着重分析装置存在的腐蚀因素,硫磺单元易出现低温硫化氢腐蚀,尾气处理单元易发生高温硫腐蚀,针对性采取有效措施,液硫夹套改造、焊后热处理、氮气保护及锅炉湿法保护等措施均有效降低了装置的腐蚀速度。This paper focuses on the analysis of corrosion factors of unit,sulfur unit prone to low temperature hydrogen sulfidecorrosion,tail gas treatment Dan Yuanyi occur in high-temperature sulfur corrosion,targeted to take effective measures,fluid sulfurclamp cover transformation,post weld heat treatment,under the protection of nitrogen and boiler wet protection measures haveeffectively reduces the corrosion rate of device.
