摘 要:起泡剂性能评价及筛选对于泡沫驱替具有非常重要的作用,室内起泡剂性能筛选用的装置主要是采用Waring Blender搅拌器,但是,该泡沫发生装置无法满足高温高压条件下起泡剂的性能筛选及评价,为了研究地层温度和压力条件下起泡剂体系的性能及影响因素,设计出一套起泡剂体系的高温高压实验评价装置,该装置基于长岩心驱替设备的高温高压可视窗和泡沫发生装置进行泡沫高温高压评价及起泡剂性能检测,装置耐温180℃,耐压70 MPa,文中对装置的设计思路和结构细节等进行深入讨论。The evaluation and selection ol foaming agent plays a very important role lor loam displacement. Waring Blender is the main device lor foaming agent evaluation,however, the bubble generator cannot meet the requirement of evaluation and selection of forming agent under high temperature and high pressure. In order to study the perlormance and inlluencing lactors ol lorming agent under lormation temperature and pressure condition, an evaluation device ol loaming agent under high temperature and high pressure was designed, which was based on the visual window ol long core displacement equipment ol high temperature and high pressure and the bubble generator,heat resistance is 180 and maximum pressure is 70 MPa. This paper mainly discusses the design idea and structure detail ol the device.
