应用综合手术治疗老年人髋部骨折的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨老年人髋部骨折存在的主要特征,并研究综合手术治疗方法对该病的临床治疗应用效果,作为该病的临床治疗参考。方法:2011年3月-2014年6月收治老年髋部骨折患者98例,对其进行回顾性研究分析,对比其治疗方法。结果:经过分析研究发现,老年人群体中,在性别方面,女性为髋部骨折的多发对象,通过应用综合手术治疗后,高达89.80%患者行走功能得到良好康复。结论:在对髋部骨折疾病实施治疗时,要结合患者的实际骨折情况,同时重视对其骨质疏松的处理,采用综合手术治疗方法,对患者行走功能的恢复有着极高的恢复效果,利于患者生活质量的提升,该法在老年人群体髋部骨折的临床治疗中,有着积极的推广价值。Objective:To investigate the characteristics of elderly hip fracture exists,and researched on the clinical application of the integrated operation treatment effect of this disease,in order to make a reference for the clinical treatment of the disease.Methods:98 cases of elderly patients with hip fracture were selected from March 2011 to June 2014.We made a retrospective analysis on them,and compared the therapeutic method of them.Results:After the analysis we found that,in the elderly population,in terms of gender,female was the multiple objects of hip fracture,through the application of the comprehensive operation treatment,up to 89.80% of patients with good recovery walking function.Conclusion:In the implementation of the treatment for hip fracture disease,we must combined with the patients' actual fracture,and pay attention to the treatment of osteoporosis at the same time,and took the comprehensive surgical treatment method,which had high effect on the recovery of regaining the ability to walk of the patients,in favor of improving the life quality of the patients.This method in the clinical treatment of hip fracture in the elderly population had a positive popularization value.
