2型糖尿病患者中合并Hp感染的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探究2型糖尿病患者中幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染发病情况,并分析其高血压、高脂血症、高尿酸血症发病情况。方法:2013年1月1日-12月31日收治糖尿病患者986例,用14C呼气试验方法,观察感染组和非感染组合并高血压、高脂血症、高尿酸血症等情况,并对记录结果进行统计学的处理分析。结果:感染组的并发症情况明显重于非感染组,高血压、高脂血症、高尿酸血症等发病率均高于非感染组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:2型糖尿病患者Hp感染发病率较高,这部分人群中高血压、高脂血症、高尿酸血症等情况越来越多,需要引起广大医学工作者的重视。Objective:To explore the Helicobacter pylori(Hp) infection in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,and to analyze the incidence of hypertension,hyperlipidemia and hyperuricemia.Methods:986 patients with diabetic were selected from 1 January 2013 to 31 December 2013.We observed hypertension,hyperlipidemia,hyperuricemia and other conditions in the infection group and non infection group using the 14C breath test,and statistical analyzed the records of the results.Results:The complications of infection group was significantly higher than that of the non infection group,and the incidence of hypertension,hyperlipidemia and hyperuricemia were higher than the non infected group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The infection rate of Hp in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus was higher,and the incidence of hypertension,hyperlipidemia,hyperuricemia and other disease in this part of crowd was increasingly,so the medical workers need to pay more attention on it.
