调神通络针法结合中药活血调神解郁汤治疗脑卒中后抑郁疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察调神通络针法结合中药活血调神解郁汤治疗脑卒中后抑郁临床疗效。方法:选取脑卒中后抑郁患者50例,以调神通络针法、中药活血调神解郁汤相结合治疗,治疗4周后观察疗效。结果:50例中,治愈26例(52%),显效12例(24%),有效10例(20%),无效2例(4%),有效率96%。结论:调神通络针法结合中药活血调神解郁汤治疗脑卒中后抑郁疗效满意。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of tiaoshen tongluo needling combined with tiaoshenjieyu soup in the treatment of post-stroke depression.Methods:50 patients with post-stroke depression were treated tiaoshen tongluo needling combined with tiaoshenjieyu soup.The curative effect were observed after 4 weeks of treatment.Results:Among 50 cases of patients,26 cases(52% ) were cured,12 cases(24% ) were markedly improved,10 cases were effective(20% ),2 cases(4% ) were invalid and the effective rate was 96% .Conclusion:The clinical effect of tiaoshen tongluo needling combined with tiaoshenjieyu soup in the treatment of post-stroke depression was satisfactory.
