喉罩复合瑞芬太尼、七氟烷在儿科麻醉中的临床应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨喉罩复合瑞芬太尼、七氟烷于儿科麻醉中的应用效果。方法:收治手术患儿80例,随机分为两组。C组给予气管插管复合芬太尼、七氟烷,P组给予喉罩复合瑞芬太尼、七氟烷,比较两组麻醉效果、血流动力学变化、苏醒时间、术后疼痛情况、并发症发生情况。结果:与C组相比,P组苏醒更短,并发症发生率更少,血流动力学指标更稳定(P<0.05)。结论:喉罩复合瑞芬太尼、七氟烷应用于儿科手术具有苏醒快、并发症少、血流动力学指标稳定的优点。Objective:To investigate the application effect of LMA combined with remifentanil and sevoflurane in peadiatric anesthesia.Methods:80 cases of children with surgery were devided into two groups randomly.C group were given endotracheal intubation combined with remifentanil and sevoflurane,P group were given LMA combined with remifentanil and sevoflurane,the anesthesia effect,hemodynamic changes,awakening time,postoperative pain and occurrence of complications in the two groups were compared.Results:Compaired with C group,the awakening time of G group was shorter,the occurrence rate of complication was lower,the hemodynamic changes was more stably.Conclusion:LMA combined with remifentanil and sevoflurane in peadiatric anesthesia had the advantages of fasted awakening time,reduced complication and more stably hemodynamic changes.
