应用泡沫敷料预防压疮在骨科术前及术后卧床患者护理中的效果比较

摘　　要：目的:探讨应用泡沫敷料预防压疮在骨科术前及术后卧床患者护理中的效果。方法:收治腰椎爆裂骨折、骨盆骨折、下肢骨折患者126例,随机分两组。观察组术后采用拜尔坦泡沫敷料,将其黏贴在患者骶尾部,预防压疮,保护皮肤。研究组术前采用与观察组相同的泡沫敷料,将其贴敷于患者骶尾部皮肤受压区域,进行保护,其他同观察组。使用后比较、分析两组患者受压部位的皮肤情况。结果:观察组的压疮发生率9.52%,高于研究组的0%;研究组无1例患者发生压疮,观察组有6例发生Ⅰ期压疮,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:骨科患者术前使用泡沫敷料预防压疮效果好。Objective:To discuss the effect of application of foam dressing in prevention of pressure sores in patients withpreoperative and postoperative ambulatory surgery in the Department of orthopedics.Methods:126 patients with Lumbar burstfracture,pelvic fracture,lower limb fracture were selected,they were randomly divided into two groups.The patients in theobservation group using Bayer Tanzania foam dressing,paste it in patients with sacrococcygeal bedsore prevention, protection ofthe skin.In the study group,the same as the observation group,the same foam dressing,the patient will be affixed to the end of thecompression area of the sacral area, to protect,other with the observation group.The skin conditions of the two groups werecompared and analyzed.Results:The incidence of pressure ulcer in the observation group was 9.52% higher than that in the studygroup of 0% ,there was no patients in the study group,there were 6 cases of pressure ulcer in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect comparison of application of foam dressing in prevention of pressure sores in patients with preoperative andpostoperative ambulatory surgery in the department of orthopedics is outstanding.
