摘 要:目的:探讨不同的血液净化方式对维持性血液透析患者微炎症状态的影响。方法:收治维持性血液透析患者60例,随机分成血液透析(HD)组、高通量血液透析(HDF)组和HD串联HDF(HD+HDF)组。HD组给予血液透析,HDF组给予高通量血液透析,HD+HDF组给予血液透析联合高通量血液透析,比较3组炎症因子水平。结果:3组治疗后IL-6、CRP、TNF-α明显下降(P<0.05)。治疗后,HD+HDF组IL-6、CRP、TNF-α下降幅度较大,优于HD组和HDF组(P<0.05)。结论:HD+HDF方式能够明显改善维持性血液透析患者的微炎症状态。Objective:To investigate the effect of different blood purification methods on the micro-inflammation state of patientswith maintenance hemodialysis.Methods:60 cases of patients with maintenance hemodialysis were randomly divided intohemodialysis (HD) group,high-flux hemodialysis (HDF) group and HD series HDF (HD+HDF) group.HD group were treated withhemodialysis,HDF group were treated with high-flux hemodialysis,HD+HDF group were treated with hemodialysis combined withhigh-flux hemodialysis,and the levels of inflammatory factors of the 3 groups were compared.Results:The IL-6,CRP,TNF-a of the3 groups after treatment were decreased significantly(P<0.05).After treatment,the IL-6,CRP,TNF-a of HD + HDF groupdecreased more significantly, which was better than that of HD group and HDF group(P<0.05).Conclusion:HD + HDF couldimprove the micro-inflammatory state of patients with maintenance hemodialysis significantly.
