摘　　要：目的:分析硫辛酸和腺苷钴胺治疗2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者的效果。方法:收治2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者90例,分为对照组和试验组各45例,对照组给予腺苷钴胺治疗,试验组给予硫辛酸治疗,分析两组的效果。结果:试验组临床疗效、血糖和糖化血红蛋白指标改善均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:硫辛酸治疗2型糖尿病周围神经病变效果显著,可改善病症,加快损伤神经元恢复,增强疗效。Objective:To analyze the effect of lipoic acid and cobamamide in the treatment of type 2 diabetic peripheralneuropathy.Methods:90 patients with type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy were selected.They were divided into the controlgroup and the experimental group with 45 cases in each.The control group was given adenosine treatment.The experimental groupwas given lipoic acid treatment.The effects of two groups were analyzed.Results:The curative effect,blood glucose and glycosylatedhemoglobin indexes of the experimental group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The lipoic acid inthe treatment of type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy has a significant effect.It can improve the disease,accelerate the recovery ofinjured neurons,enhance the curative effect.
